Ive been in the industy for over 20 years and was shocked. I have shared my experience with everyone I know and advised them to stay away from this place.I will not spend my money at a place that treats their guests this way.
I addressed my concerns with their online survey hoping for at the very least an email back with an appology. Go back to your rooms ' Really? No apology ? No compensation ? Nothing ? Almost 200 bucks a night and this was the way we were treated. I do respect their potential safety in this matter if their was an emergency, but after freezing outside for 10 minutes a security guard opened the entrance door and said ' false alarm.
Imagine taking 3 flights of stairs half asleep at 3 in the morning. Cross-trained with the Membership Director, Membership Communications Manager and Assistant Controller on membership. Loud rings instructed us to evacuate the building and dont use the elevator. But the most upsetting part was when my wife and I stayed last week we were woke up by a alarm speaker that is in the room on the wall at 3am. Very expensive slot play!
